No "free delivery" banner that quietly turns into a charge once you reach the basket. Every price on this page and at checkout is the real, final postage cost — nothing added at the last step.

What you're actually paying for: our charge covers postage and packaging — a right-sized box, protective packing so nothing shifts or spills in transit, and the courier's postage cost.

On our Large Letter rate, we don't add a penny — you pay exactly what Royal Mail charges us. On Evri, we quietly cover roughly £1–£1.20 of the real cost ourselves on every order. And once your basket crosses £25, tracked delivery is completely free — even though it can cost us up to £3.65 to send it. That's the whole picture, no asterisks.
