The short version: buying loose stencils only makes sense once you already own adhesive and glitter. If this is your first order, start with a kit. Everything you need is in the box.

Individual Stencils
One specific design, sold on its own or in money-saving packs of 24 or 50.

Themed Stencil Packs
24 stencils per pack, 12 unique designs built around one theme (dinosaurs, pirates, unicorns, football and more), plus 2 skin-cleansing wipes.

- Good middle ground between a single design and a full sheet set
Stencil Sheets
3 sheets per pack, 20 mixed mini designs per sheet, 60 stencils total, at a smaller ~40mm x 30mm size.
- Best stencil-per-pound value on the site
- Ideal for school fairs, fetes or party bags where you need lots of quick, small designs
Glitter Tattoo Kits
Everything in one box: stencils, adhesive, cosmetic glitters, application brushes and cleansing wipes. Mega kits include 36 stencils and 5 glitters for around £16.49; smaller mini kits cost less.

Refill Packs
36 stencils (a mix of mini and maxi designs) with no adhesive or glitter included, for when you already own a kit and just need more stencils to keep the party going.

How Many Stencils Do I Need?
As a rough guide, budget one stencil per child per go. Most children will want at least two or three over the course of a party.
- Small get-together (up to 6 children): one Themed Stencil Pack (24 stencils) is usually plenty.
- Birthday party (10–15 children): a Mega Glitter Tattoo Kit (36 stencils) or a Stencil Sheets pack (60 stencils) covers everyone with spares.
- School fair, fete or large event: multiple Stencil Sheets packs, or Individual Stencils bought in bulk (packs of 50), work out most economical.
- Professional artists: Individual Stencils and Refill Packs let you restock exactly what's running low, rather than buying full kits repeatedly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy adhesive and glitter separately?
Only if you're buying Individual Stencils, Themed Stencil Packs, Stencil Sheets or Refill Packs. These are stencils only. A Glitter Tattoo Kit includes everything. See our Body Art Adhesive range if you need to top up glue separately.
What's the difference between a Themed Pack and a Stencil Sheet?
A Themed Pack gives you 12 designs built around one theme (24 stencils total) at a larger ~70mm x 40mm size. A Stencil Sheet gives you 20 mixed mini designs per sheet across 3 sheets (60 stencils total) at a smaller ~40mm x 30mm size, so you get more stencils for the same price, but smaller and less themed.
Can I mix and match individual designs instead of buying a themed pack?

Which kit should I buy for a first-time party?
A Mega Glitter Tattoo Kit is the simplest option: stencils, adhesive, glitter and brushes are all included, so there's nothing else to source.

Yes. A Refill Pack gives you 36 fresh stencils without paying again for adhesive or glitter you already own.
