The Glitter Tree biodegradable glitter range (Mini Flakes)

Our biodegradable cosmetic glitter comes in 100% recyclable aluminium tins, hand-branded here in the UK using eco-friendly UV ink. Each tin has a smooth grooved screw lid that's easy to open - no plastic pots or bags, ever.

Available in three sizes:
2.5g - 2.5cm x 1.5cm
5g - 3.5cm x 1.7cm
15g - 5cm x 2cm

We offer three flake sizes across the range - Fresh 008 (Fine Flakes), Dance 040 (Mini Flakes) and Glam 094 (Chunky Flakes) - shown here using the universal size code so you know exactly what to reorder.

How to Use

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Brush a thin layer of The Glitter Tree Body Art Adhesive over your glitter tattoo stencil, or freehand for your own sparkle design, then wait until it turns clear but still feels tacky, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Press the mini flakes on with a fingertip or brush. Pat rather than rub, and build up a little at a time.
  3. Keep it to the brow bone and outwards, never on the eyelid or lash line. For lips, hold it with lip balm or clear gloss instead of adhesive.
  4. To remove, massage in a little baby oil or coconut oil, leave it for a minute, then wash off with warm water. Please don't scrub.

Pro Tip: Mini Flakes give glitter tattoos extra sparkle and dimension, and add a finishing touch to face painting. For the finest detail in small stencils, choose our Fine Flakes.
